Program Description 

Asseni Corp, doing business as Dot Com Media (“we,” “us,” “our”), operating the website dcmmoguls.com, uses SMS text messaging for the following purposes: 

1. Appointment and service messages.Appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, reschedule follow-ups, and related service notifications sent to clients and prospects who have booked an appointment or consultation with us and opted in to receive text messages.
2. Promotional and marketing messages.Service offers, discounts, announcements, and marketing updates sent to clients and prospects who have affirmatively opted in to receive them.
3. Internallead-notificationalerts. Automated alerts sent to authorized Dot Com Media staff when a new lead or client inquiry is submitted through dcmmoguls.com. 

Who Can Participate 

Appointment and promotional messages are available to any client or prospect who affirmatively opts in by checking the SMS consent box on a Dot Com Media website form at dcmmoguls.com. Consent is collected directly by Dot Com Media and is never obtained from, purchased from, or transferred by any third party. Consent to receive promotional texts is never a condition of purchasing any service. 

Internal lead-notification alerts are limited to current Dot Com Media staff who have consented to receive them as part of their role. 

Message Frequency 

Appointment and promotional messages: Message frequency varies. You will receive up to [4] messages per month. 

Internal staff lead-notification alerts: Frequency varies based on lead volume and may include multiple messages per day. This applies only to authorized staff recipients and not to client or prospect subscribers. 

Message and Data Rates 

Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan. 

How to Opt Out 

You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status via one final text message, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from this program. If you would like to rejoin, contact us using the information below or opt in again at dcmmoguls.com.
