DCM Moguls (“we,” “us,” “our”) uses SMS text messaging for two purposes: (1) automated internal lead-notification alerts sent to authorized DCM Moguls staff when a new lead or client inquiry is submitted through dcmmoguls.com, and (2) promotional and marketing text messages sent to clients and prospects who have opted in to receive them. Promotional messages may include service offers, discounts, announcements, and marketing updates from DCM Moguls.

Who Can Participate

Internal lead-notification alerts are limited to current DCM Moguls staff who have consented to receive them as part of their role. Promotional messages are available to any client or prospect who affirmatively opts in by checking the SMS consent box on a DCM Moguls website form. Consent to receive promotional texts is never a condition of purchasing any service.

Message frequency varies based on lead volume and may include multiple messages per day.

Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan.

How to Opt Out

You can cancel SMS alerts at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status via one final text message.
